It's Croppin Time Somewhere - Treasured Memories Annual Cropping Event
Rayne, La - Rayne Civic Center
Cost:  $125

What does the event include?

1.  A free t-shirt

2.  A whole 6 foot table to crop on!  (Plus, very spacious, clean open area)

3.  Cropping from Thursday to Sunday!

Cropping times:  Thursday - Saturday 9 am to midnight

Sunday - 9 am to 1 pm

5.  Great Classes available to take all weekend long from our famous TM teachers!

4.  Free coffee is offered all weekend!

5.  Vendor booths on the premises!

6.  A free 5 x 7 picture taken in our Imagination Studio (Also, feel free to bring your camera!  There are so many cool things in town to take pictures of/with).

8.  Great Classes available to take at additional costs all weekend long from our famous TM teachers!  Very roomy class room!  Sign-ups for classes start at the end of May

9.  Prize Give Aways and contests!

10.  Food Booth on Premises

11.  Two local hotels with great room rates!  Check them out on our website!

At this time there is no options to come for one or two days.  You must sign up for the whole event.  

***Everyone who signs up in January and pays the full $125 will get a free drink mug personalized with the event logo!!  It's going to be cute....and your going to want one!!  This is great for our free coffee and we also have an ice machine on the premises!!

 Final Payment of $75 due May 1st 2012.

Hotel Information

At this time we are only taking sign ups for all 4 days.  If it fills up, we won't open up any single days to come crop.  We won't know anything about single day sign-ups until June.  The cost of the event is $125, but you can reserve your spot for $50 now and pay the other $75 on May 2nd.


Cancellation policy:  If you cancel the event before July 1st, you will get a full refund.  If something comes up and you have to cancel after this date, you will get a store credit up to July 9th.    After that there will be no store credits or refunds.
